From survey to settlement, on one plot record

Each stage writes to the plot’s record as it happens. Nothing has to be copied into a spreadsheet later, and the owner sees the same record your staff keep.

  1. Survey

Boundary, survey number and area in acres and guntas, before the plot is offered.

  2. Registration

Owner, crop, contract term and profit split attached to the plot, with the signed papers.

  3. Planting

Saplings counted in by crop and date, with photos sent to the owner.

  4. Irrigation cycles

Every run logged by zone and duration, so water and labour stay on the record.

  5. First harvest

Weighed by the kilogram at the plot and entered once.

  6. Settlement

Sale value split by the contract’s ratio, and a statement sent to the owner.

  7. Replantation

Failed saplings and replanted rows logged, so the plant count stays true.

Profit splits are set per contract

Different crops settle on different terms. The split is a setting on each contract, so one farm can run yearly crops, mango and timber side by side and settle each correctly.

Contract typeExample splitSettles
Yearly crop50 / 50After each harvest
Mango70 / 30After each season
Timber: teak, sandalwood80 / 20When the timber is harvested

These are examples. Each contract carries whatever split it was signed with.
