Where the money goes missing
Managed farmland and dairy both run on promises that settle months or years after the work is done. These are the three places the record breaks first.
The settlement lives in one person’s spreadsheet.
Splits, feed deductions and advances are worked out in a file only its author can follow. When that person is away, owners wait. When a formula is wrong, the first to notice is the owner.
Owners phone because nothing reaches them.
Someone who bought a quarter acre or a cow wants to know how it is doing. With no update or statement sent to them, every question becomes a call, and every call pulls a manager off the farm to look something up.
Work nobody wrote down can’t be billed or proven.
An irrigation run, a vet visit, a sapling replaced: if it happened but was never recorded against a plot or an animal, you cannot charge for it, and you cannot show the owner it was done.
Farm Manage follows a plot for the length of its contract
A sandalwood plot can be signed for fifteen years. From the survey to each settlement, every step writes to the same plot record, and the owner sees it as it happens.

Dairy Manage runs the cycle every animal repeats
A cow is bought for an owner, calves, milks, settles and goes round again. Dairy Manage keeps the whole loop against the animal and the owner it belongs to.
